Volusia-Flagler Rainbow Alliance Scholarship

We are a 501-C-3 nonprofit organization approved to received tax-deductible donations.

The Volusia-Flagler Rainbow Alliance Scholarship is supported by an all-volunteer group that funds scholarships and vocational grants for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people in Volusia and Flagler counties. Since its founding in 2009, it has awarded 15 scholarships.
